不同饲粮蛋白质水平对绍鸭早期生长的影响

摘    要:用500羽(:为1:10)1日龄绍雏鸭研究了不同粗蛋白水平(CP:22%,20%,18%,16%和14%)的等能饲粮(ME:计算值11.93MJ/kg或实测值11.51MJ/kg)对绍鸭早期(0~4周龄)生长的影响.结果表明:不同饲粮CP水平对绍鸭早期生长有明显的影响,在1~4周龄内,各CP水平间试鸭平均体重差异显著(p<0.05);试鸭增重与饲粮CP%或CP摄入量间呈显著的正相关(r=0.826或0.831,p<0.05).但3周龄时,16%~22%CP水平间试鸭的平均日增重差异不显著(p>0.05);至4周龄时,18%~22%CP水平间试鸭的平均体重差异亦不显著(p>0.05),而CP14%~18%处理的试鸭日增重则显著高于CP 20%和22%处理,即显示出补偿生长作用.由此建议:在0~4周龄阶段,当能量浓度为11.51MJ/kg时,绍鸭饲粮CP水平以16%~18%或蛋能比(CP,g/ME,MJ)13.8~15.5为宜.

Effect of dietary protein on growth of Shaoxing ducklings.
Abstract:A growth trial was conducted with 500 one-day-old Shaoxing ducklings (male : female=1: 10) to study the effect of dietary crude protein (CP) on the growth of the ducks in Q--4 weeks period. Five isoener-getic diets (ME: 11. 93 MJ/kg, calculated or 11. 51 MJ/kg, determined) in different levels of CP (22%, 20%, 18 % , 16 % and 14 % ) were used. Body weight gain of the ducks was significantly affected by the levels of dietary CP in 0-4 weeks period. There was a significant positive correlation between growth and dietary CP% or CP intake of the birds (r = 0. 826 or 0. 831, p<0. 05). However, no differences (p>0. 05) were found in average daily gain (ADG) among the ducks fed the diets containing CP from 16% to 22% at 3 weeks of age and in body-weight among the birds received dietary CP from 18% to 22% at 4 weeks of age. The compensatory growth was observed from the ducks fed lower CP content diets at 4 weeks of age, when the birds fed CP 14%-18% diets had higher ADG (p<0. 05) than those fed CP 20% diets. It is suggested that 16%-18% levels of CP in diets containing ME 11. 51 MJ/kg or protein : energe ratio 13. 8-15. 5 (CP, g/ME,MJ) are suitable for Shaoxing ducks to get the right growth in 0-4 weeks period.
