扁桃雌蕊形态及其保水能力研究

摘    要:对兰州地区引种的4个扁桃品种的雌蕊形态及其保水能力进行了初步的研究。扁桃雌蕊败育是导致其座果率低的原因之一。试验表明,雌蕊低于雄蕊或雌蕊退化的花为败育花,而雌蕊花柱弯曲也不利于授粉及座果。柱头的蒸腾强度低,保水力好的品种座果能力也较好。扁桃花柱头的可授性可持续4~5 d,但在花后1~2 d的可授性最强,随着开花时间延长,在花后5 d柱头可授性完全丧失。

Abstract:Four cultivars of almond introduced from American to Lanzhou city of Gansu province in the Northwestern China were studied on the morphology and ability to maintaining moisture of pistil.The result showed that abortion was one of reasons for low set fruit percentage. Pistils were shorter than stamens or had not pistils at all could not set fruit generally. And the flowers with bowed style were not advantaged for pollination. Low transpiration of pistil resuled in more set fruit percentage. Almond flowers usually remained for 4 to 5 days, and the best time was 1 to 2 days after flowering.
