苹果品种叶片解剖构造与生长势关系初探

摘    要:本文分别对苹果的4个短枝型品种和4个乔化品种叶的解剖结构进行了光学显微镜的观察,并通过测微尺对叶的横切面各部分进行了测量,得出苹果品种叶片解剖构造与生长势的关系。结果表明苹果品种叶片厚度与其生长势无关;叶的上、下表皮厚度与生长势有相关性,上、下表皮占叶片厚度的百分率大,品种趋于矮化,反之则趋于乔化;叶肉栅栏组织厚度大于海绵组织厚度是品种矮化的解剖学指标;栅/海大,品种趋于矮化,反之则趋于乔化。

Abstract:Under a microscope,the anatimic structure of leaf of apple for apple for four shortshoot Varities and four arborize uarieties have been observed.Leaves have also been measuredwith micrometer. The relationship between anatomic structure of apple varieties and growthpotentiality is obtained.The result shows there is no correlation between leaf thickness andgrowth potentiality;th upper and down epidermis thickness are correlative to growth potentiali-ty.If the percentage that upper and down epidermis amount to leaf thickness is big,the varietytends to dwarfing,otherwise,it tends to arborize.It is anatomic index of variety dwarfing thatpalisade tissue is thicker than splngy tissue. If the ratio of the former to latter,the variety tendsto dwarfing. Otherwise,it tends to arborize.
