摘    要:针对振动压路机振动轮与机架间的多个橡胶减振器组成的减振支承系统,在振动轮-土壤系统模型基础上,分析了振动轮与机架间的减振支承系统刚度参数对压实能力和机架位移的影响,分别以最大压实功率积和最小机架位移为目标函数,优选了减振支承系统刚度参数,得出了应以高振幅作业下的最优减振支承系统刚度参数作为设计依据的结论。

Abstract:In the light of the isolating system consisting of the absorbers between the drum and frame, a mathematical model was built up, which consists of a drum, a frame and an accompany vibratory soil. The transfer functions of the drum soil system were analysed.The influence on the system dynamic properties by means of changing the rubber absorber properties was analysed.The optimizing model of the isolating system was built up. The maximums of compact power product and minimal frame displacement were taken as the objective functions. The complex stiffness of the rubber absorber was optimized. The conclusion is that a design should be based on the stiffness parameters of an optimum isolating system at high amplitude
