1株净水贫营养细菌的筛选及其低营养特性的初步研究

摘    要:从不同环境中分离出38株贫营养细菌。经16S rDNA序列分析,主要为不动杆菌属(Acinetobact-er)、产卟啉杆菌属(Porphyrobacter)和短杆菌属(Brevibacterium)等18个属。采用化学需氧量(CODMn)和总有机碳(TOC)2种检测指标从中筛选到1株对微污染水源有较好净化效果的菌株Y11,其对水体CODMn和TOC的降解率分别为48.01%和46.83%。该菌株经生理生化反应进一步鉴定为短小芽孢杆菌(Bacillus pumilus)。饥饿试验表明,Y11在低营养的环境下能长期存活。

Abstract:Thirty-eight oligotrophic bacteria were isolated from different environment and their 16S rDNA sequences were analyzed.Most of the isolated bacteria were closely related to genera Acinetobacter,Porphyrobacter and Brevibacterium.Among them,a strain Y11 was screened because of its efficient purification on slightly polluted water.After the treatment with Y11,the COD_(Mn) and TOC of the treated water was reduced to 48.01% and 46.83%,compared with the control.Y11 was identified to be Bacillus pumilus through biochemical characteristics' experiments.Y11 had high tolerance for starvation,remained viable for a long time.
