纳米复合材料改性杨木木材的物理力学性能

摘    要:为提高速生杨木材的力学性能,以酚醛(PF)树脂和纳米SiO2粉为主要改性剂,并使用偶联剂,利用减压-加压的方法浸渍处理杨木,并通过热压使处理剂在木材中固化,制成了改性木材。以密度、硬度和力学强度作为主要指标对改性材的性能进行了评价,结果表明:用不同质量分数的纳米材料和酚醛树脂混合液、以及不同压缩率对速生杨进行处理后,均能够提高木材的密度、硬度和力学强度。

Abstract:Modified poplar wood was manufactured with the help of coupling reagent and solidified modifier of PF resin and nanometer silica by hot-pressure through dipping the poplar wood by depression-compression method,in order to increase the mechanical properties of poplar wood.The modified timber was evaluated in terms of density,hardness and mechanical propertyies.Results showed that the density,hardness and mechanical strength of the poplar wood were improved by treating the fast-growing poplar wood with differ...
