大灰食蚜蝇发育起点温度和有效积温的研究

摘    要: 在恒温条件下用甘蓝蚜饲养大灰食蚜蝇,得到其各虫态的发育历期,用直线回归法求得各虫态的发育起点温度和有效积温,卵、1龄幼虫、2龄幼虫、3龄幼虫和蛹的发育起点温度分别为9.69 ℃,12.39 ℃,6.97 ℃,2.03 ℃和2.35 ℃,对应的有效积温分别为30.17 d·℃,27.85 d·℃,30.98 d·℃,78.55 d·℃和149.54 d·℃.

Studies on the Developmental Zero Temperature and Effective Accumulated Temperature of Syrphus corollae Fabricius

Abstract:The duration of Syrphus corollae Fabricius's each developmental period was obtained by feeding it with Brevicoryne brassicae under different constant temperature. The developmental zero temperature and effective accumulated temperature of Syrphus corollae Fabricius through line-regression method were obtained at different developmental periods. The development zero temperature for egg, 1st-instar, 2nd-instar, 3rd-instar and pupa of Syrphus corollae Fabricius was 9.69, 12.39, 6.97, 2.03 and 2.35 ℃ respectively; Correspondingly, effective accumulated temperature was 30.17, 27.85, 30.98, 78.55 and 149.54 d·℃, respectively.
