广东地区果蔬中植物生长调节剂应用现状调查

摘    要:对广东省广州市、汕头市、中山市和惠州市等地区的市场和进出口的果蔬进行随机抽样,调查果蔬中植物生长调节剂的应用现状.采集果蔬样品共445份,采用超高效液相色谱质谱联用法测定样品中13种植物生长调节剂的残留量.结果表明,市场抽查样品330份,植物生长调节剂的检出率55.5%;进出口抽查样品115份,检出率24.3%.检出率最高的植物生长调节剂是矮壮素,检出率最高的果蔬产品是葡萄、番茄、青瓜.

Abstract:To survey the application situation of plant growth regulators in fruits and vegetables, samples from local market, import and export of Guangzhou city, Shantou city, Zhongshan city and Huizhou city of Guangdong province were randomly collected. 445 samples of fruits and vegetables were collected to determine the residues of 13 kinds of plant growth regulators by ultra performance liquid chromatography mass spectrometry. The results showed that plant growth regulators detection rate was 55.5% and 24.3% in 330 local market samples and 115 import and export samples, respectively. Plant growth regulator CCC had the highest detection rate, products like grapes, tomato, cucumber had the highest detection rate.
