重庆市近郊蔬菜基地蔬菜中重金属含量变化及污染情况

通过对重庆市近郊蔬菜基地蔬菜样品中重金属的监测 ,对照 80年代近郊蔬菜样品中重金属含量 ,得出重庆市近郊蔬菜基地蔬菜中重金属铅污染现象仍然存在 ,镉在少数蔬菜样品中出现污染现象 ,在被监测的蔬菜样品中均未发现汞和砷污染现象。另一方面 ,受污染的蔬菜品种仍集中在叶菜类。

Change of Contents of Heavy Metals and Contamination in Vegetables from the Vegetable Bases in Suburbs of Chongqing

By monitoring the content of heavy metals in vegetable samples from the vegetable bases of Chongqing, and by comparing it with that in 1980's, the result shows that lead contamination still exists, cadmium contamination occurs in a very small numbers of vegetable samples, Mercury and Arsonic contamination is not found in any of the vegetable samples. In addition, the contaminated vegetable types are mainly leaf vegetables.
