| 摘 要： | 探讨不同碳源、氮源对白灵菇液体发酵的影响,确定白灵菇最适液体发酵的碳源、氮源和培养条件。结果表明:最适碳源为:葡萄糖1.5%、玉米粉3%,最适氮源为蛋白胨0.2%、黄豆粉2%,并且得到最佳发酵工艺条件为:初始pH值6.5,210r/min,培养基装液量80～250mL,接种量10%。 |

| Abstract: | In this article,Exploring different carbon source and nitrogen sources,effect on liquid fermentation and the best carbon source and nitrogen source and cultivation condition are informed.The result shows that the best carbon source is glucose 1.5%,cornmeal 3%.The best nitrogen source is peptone 0.2%,soybean powder 2%.The best fermentation condition is following :pH6.5,rounds number 210r/min;liquid amount of culture medium 80ml/250ml,inoculation amount 10%. |
