| 摘 要： | 转变经济发展方式体现在空间上,就是要转变县域经济的发展方式。本文在分析国外三大循环经济模式的基础上,结合我国地域和经济发展的特点,提出了我国转变经济发展方式应当大力发展区域中循环经济模式,即县域循环经济模式,并指出产业协同是发展县域循环经济的核心,最后探讨了政府在县域循环经济构建中的作用。
