辽研白鸡配合力测定试验报告

本试验在引种、选育的基础上,对选出的3个蛋多系,2个蛋大系鸡采用完全双列杂交方法Ⅰ估测配合力效应值。结果证明蛋多D系产蛋量的一般配合力最高(效应值为5.28),特殊配合力方差也最大(163.6)而体重配合力最低(-13.34),则是一个理想的亲本品系。经5×5亲本完全双列杂交试验,从25个组合中筛选出生产性能优秀的C×D、D×C和D×A三组杂交鸡。其500日龄产蛋量分别为261.16、260.79和255.63个,比双亲分别提高14.08％、13.92％和9.44％;蛋重为60.38、60.19和61.46克,产蛋总重量分别为15.68、15.69和15.67公斤,每公斤产蛋耗料分别为2.74、2.64和2.80公斤。提早开产2.5—5天。由于该鸡均系单交种,制种配套简单、投资少,收益高,易于普遍推广。

TEST OF COMBINING ABILITY OF LlAO-YAN WHITE LAYING HENS

Effective values of the combining ability of 3 lines of high egg pro-ducing layers and 2 lines of hea-vy egg-sized layers were estima-ted with GRIFFING CROSSING METHOD on the basis of genetic improvement and selection. The results showed that layers of D line with higher egg production was an ideal parent line according to its highest general combining ability (effective value = 5.28), maximum variance ( 163.6 ) of sp-ecial combining ability and lowest body weight combining ability (-13.34) In the Griffing test 5×5 of parent complete crossing, 3 gr-oups of crossed layers (C×D D× C, D×A)have been screened out of 25 test combinations for their-excellent production performances. These 3 groups produced 261.16, 260.79 and 255.63 eggs respective-ly by the age of 500 days with an increment of 14.08%, 13.92% and 9.44% respectively compared to their parents. Egg size of these 3 groups were 60.38g, (C×D), 60.19 g(D×C)and 61.46g(D×A) On-set of lay of these 3 groups of lay-ers were 2.5 to 5 days earlier. These crossed layers will be easily popularized because of their sim-ple mating and breeding system with less investment and more profit.
