| 摘 要： | 通过对冲国李品种不同部位的同工酶（过氧化物酶POD、超过氧化物歧化酶SOD）的研究证明：停止伸长生长的一年生新梢上叶片、叶柄、枝皮同工酶谱相对稳定，是理想的同工酶试验取样部位。

| Abstract: | Studied the isozymes (peroxidase and superoxide dismutase) on some positions of Prunus salicina Lindl. The result showed that the isozymes spectrum of leaves, leafstalks and sprout skin on a yearly fresh sprout stopped growth were stability, a yearly fresh sprout was the optimum sampling in the isozyme tests. |
