籼稻温敏核不育5460S 的研究

福建籼稻光敏核不育种质(FIPGMG)5460PS 来自5460的育性原始自然突变体同5460姐妹交的分离后代.在5460PS 中系选育成温敏核不育系5460S。其育性遗传受控于1或2对隐性核基因,育性表达取决于温度和日长,其中温度是决定性因素.花粉母细胞减数分裂期是温度最敏感期.已育成两系杂交稻组合“6063”,但不育系不育所要求的临界温度值较高,且易随环境因素变化而波动,这是该两系稻大面积制种应用的困难之所在.本文还就5460S 应用于稻光温敏生理生态遗传研究及育种计划作了讨论和评价.

Study on Indica Thermo-sensitive Genic Male-sterile Rice 5460S

The Fujian Indica Photosensitive Genie Male-sterile Germplasm(FIPGMG)5460PS was identified from the segregating offspring of the sister cross which 5460 crossed with its original male-sterile spontancous mutant.The thermo-sensitive gms-line 5460S was developed from 5460PS by pedigree selection and its male-sterile inheritance was governed by 1 or 2 pairs of recessive genes and the male-sterile expresses was determined by daylength as well as temperature in which the temperature was the dominant one.Meiosis was the critical point of thermosensitivity.Two-line hybrid“6063”bred from 5460S/Min 63 had not been recommended on a larger scale unless the critical temperature for male-sterility of 5460S was lowered and the sterility did not easily fluctuate due to changing environmental conditions.The utilization of 5460S for the studying on physio-ecology genetics of thermo sensitive gms-rice as well as for breeding programma was al- so discussed and evaluated.
