九连山自然保护区生态旅游开发对策

探索一种新的管理和发展模式，让自然保护区早日摆脱困境，寻求保护与发展之切合点，将良好的环境效益转化成社会效益和经济效益，实现“以保护促发展，通过发展促进保护”的良性循环生态区，是保护区首先必须面对的问题，以可持续发展观，系统分析了九连山保护区的现状与存在的主要问题，提出了该区生态旅游开发对策。

To get rid of difficult circumstances at the earliest,it is a urgent problem for a nature reserve to seek for a kind of pattern of new management and development in which a good cycle of mutual promotion between protection and progress can be realized to change sound en-vironmental benefit into social and economic benefit.After analyzing the present situation and the open questions of Mt.Jiulian nature reserve,the strategy for the development of ecological tourism in the district was put forward with the view of sustainable development.
