吉林省图们江区域非洲猪瘟防控要点分析

边境区域的动物疫病防控工作是决定能否阻断境外动物疫病传入的关键。本文对图们江区域的生猪养殖生物安全水平、防疫主体意识、生猪管理、流通调运和屠宰环节的情况及防控措施进行了分析,指出了养殖环节生物安全条件差、流通环节疫病传播风险高、屠宰环节消毒自检水平低以及人员力量不足等防控难点。这提示应着力提升养猪场户生物安全水平,严格监管生猪调运、强化运输车辆管控,加强屠宰环节监管,强化防疫队伍建设、健全防疫设施,以期为边境地区非洲猪瘟疫情防控提供借鉴。

Analysis on Essentials for Prevention and Control of ASF in Tumen River Region of Jilin Province

Whether the introduction of transboundary animal diseases could be blocked depended on the prevention and control of such diseases in border areas. In this paper,prevention and control measures and general information in Tumen River region were analyzed,such as bio-safety level of pig farms,stakeholders’ consciousness as well as management,distribution,transportation and slaughtering for live pigs,and the difficulties for disease control were pointed out,including the poor bio-safety condition in pig production,high spread risk of diseases in market and circulation link,low self-inspection level in slaughtering link and the insufficient personnel,etc.,then some suggestions were provided,such as,improving the bio-safety level of farms/households;strictly supervising transportation for live pigs and controlling transportation vehicles;strengthening supervision over slaughtering;enhancing construction of teams for animal disease control and perfecting relevant facilities,hoping to provide some references for prevention and control of African swine fever(ASF)in border areas.
