内胎硫化中集散式微机系统控制的设计

摘    要:针对汽车内胎硫化装置的特点,设计了集散式微机控制系统.系统主要由现场工业控制微机和集中管理个人计算机构成,控制和管理软件采用VB,FOXBASE 和汇编语言联编而成,在Ucdos 汉字操作系统环境下运行.系统建立了较高精度的橡胶硫化过程优化控制数学模型,采用先进的等效硫化工艺实现对汽车内胎的硫化控制,该系统不仅能提高产品质量,节约能源,还可减轻劳动强度,提高车间的生产管理水平.

Abstract:Depending on the specificity of inner tube vulcanization equipments, a design for centralized and distributed computer system controlling is presented. The system is mainly composed of an industry presence controlling micro computer and a centralized management personal computer. Controlling software and management software are programmed by VB, Foxbase and Assembler, running within the Chinese Ucdos operation system. A high precision rubber vulcanization optimal controlling mathematical model is also put forward for the system. It can control the vulcanization of automobile inner tube by using advanced equi vulcanization technology. The system can not only better product quality and save energy resources but also decrease labour strength and improve the management level in workshops.
