UF-911超声波流量计在东改工程中的应用

UF-911流量计是专用于大流量测量的高精度流量测量系统，配有多种超声换能器。和其他测流方式相比，它能测量特大流量，测量精度和自动化程度高、具有独特的智能诊断功能和可供选择的各种接口，并且可以根据管路条件及对测量精度的要求，分别采用2、4或8声道任意组合。主要对东深梯级泵站进水口明渠所用UF-911流量计原理、软件系统、安装与调试、故障分析与排除进行了介绍。

Application of UF-911 Ultrasonic Wave Flowmeter in DongShen Water Supply Improvement Project

UF-911 flowmeter with many power ultrasonic transducers is only used in the high precision flow rate measuring system measured by the great flow rate. In contrast with other flow rate measuring means, UF-911 flowmeter may measure the special great flow rate, which has high measuring precision and high automation degree, and has particular intelligent diagnosis function and many optional interfaces. It also is random integrated by adopting 2, 4 or 8 vocal tract according to the pipeline conditions and the required measuring precision. The author mostly introduces the principle, the software system, fixing and commissioning, fault analyse and elimination of UF-911 flowmeter used by the inlet canal of Dongshen Cascade Pumping Station.
