摘    要:玉米是我国重要的粮食作物、饲料和工业原材料。随着我国粮食贸易量增加,病原物入侵的风险也随之加大。该文对4种主要的检疫性玉米病毒——玉米褪绿斑驳病毒 Maize chlorotic mottle machlomovirus、玉米矮花叶病毒 Maize dwarf mosaic potyvirus、小麦线条花叶病毒 Wheat streakmosaic tritimovirus和玉米褪绿矮缩病毒 Maize chlorotic dwarf waikavirus的生物学特性及其危害与分布情况进行归纳总结,同时对这些病毒致病与寄主抗病的相关机制以及检测方法的研究进展进行介绍,并针对检疫性玉米病毒的防控,在快速检测体系的建立与抗病毒种质的创制方面提出展望。

Abstract:Maize is an important food and feed crop as well as industrial raw material. The risk of patho gen invasion exacerbates with increasing food import into China. In this review, the biological character istics, disease symptoms and distributions of four quarantine maize viruses were summarized, including Maize chlorotic mottle machlomovirus, Maize dwarf mosaic potyvirus, Wheat streak mosaic tritimovirus and Maize chlorotic dwarf waikavirus. Moreover, the advances in researches on mechanisms of virus pathogenicity and host resistance, as well as detection methods for these viruses were also reviewed in this paper. The establishment of rapid detection system and the creation of antiviral germplasm were proposed for the control of these quarantine maize viruses.
