| 摘 要： | 期刊采购是图书馆核心业务工作之一,以黑龙江省图书馆为例,对中文期刊采购原则的制定进行了具体实例分析,并总结出了采购过程中常见的问题,这样不仅可以更明确地确定采购原则,同时对今后期刊的采购策略提供一些借鉴。
