| 摘 要： | 通过对南昌市郊蔬菜硝酸盐含量的调查、分析，对南昌市郊蔬菜硝酸盐污染状况进行了评价，并且分析了蔬菜硝酸盐积累的影响因素，提出了控制蔬菜硝酸盐污染可采取的措施。

| Abstract: | Based on investigating and analyzing the nitrate content of vegetables in the Suburbs of Nanchang City,this paper evaluates the nitrate contamination of vegetables in the Suburbs of Nanchang,and discusses the factors that influence the nitrate contamination,and finally,some available measures are provided to control the nitrate contamination of vegetables in the Suburbs of Nanchang City. |
