柑橘开花前后子房(幼果)钙、硼营养与IAA、GA_(1/3)动态研究

摘    要:对单性结实的国庆1号温州蜜柑和自花结实的华农本地早橘在开花前后子房(幼果)发育中钙、硼营养与内源IAA和GA1/3的浓度变化进行了测定。结果表明:1)在盛花期及花前阶段内国庆1号钙与硼浓度均居较高水平,盛花后即下降;而华农本地早盛花前相对较低,盛花后却有一上升过程;2)两品种的钙动态与各自的IAA动态呈显著正相关,国庆1号的硼与IAA亦呈显著正相关,但均与GA1/3无明显关系;3)国庆1号的钙浓度明显低于华农本地早。还就子房(幼果)中内源激素(IAA和GA1/3)与钙、硼营养的吸收及其生长发育的关系进行了讨论。

Studies on Dynamics of Calcium,Boron Nutrients and IAA,GA1/3 inOvary (Fruitlet) Around Citrus Flowering
Abstract:The relati onship among calcium,boron and endogenous IAA and GA 1/3 level and the changes in the ovary(fruit-let)around flowering of citrus i .e.parthenocarpic Guoqing No.1(Citrus unshiu Marc.)and self-pollinated H uanong ben-dizao(Citrus reticulata Blanco)were studied.The results showed th at the dynamics of calcium and boron concentrations in the ovary(fruitlet)betw een Guoqing No.1and Huanong bendizao were completely reversed.Calcium and bor on concentra-tions in the ovary(fruitlet)of Guoqing No.1were at high levels from-8to0days after flowering(DAF),and decreased after flowering.But th eir levels in Huanong bendizao were at low level before flowering,and there wer e increasing processes after flowering.The relationship among calcium,boron an d IAA concentrations in the ovary(fruitlet)of Guoqing No.1were mutu-ally si gnificantly correlated,and the relationship between calcium and IAA concentrati ons in Huanong bendizao were signif-icantly correlated too.But the dynamics o f calcium and boron were not correlated to GA 1/3 .In addition,calcium concentra-tion in the ovary(fruitlet)of Guoqing No .1was lower than that of Huanong bendizao.The relationship between endogenous hormones(IAA and GA 1/3 ),uptake of calcium and boron nutrition and ovary(fruitlet)growth during citrus ovary(fruitlet)de-velopment is discussed here-in.
