野生半夏中β-谷甾醇含量的测定

摘    要:笔者用紫外分光光度法测定了半夏中β-谷甾醇的含量。以浓硫酸为显色剂,在416nm处测定β-谷甾醇的吸光度。结果表明:β-谷甾醇浓度在10~50μg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9983,β-谷甾醇的含量为0.1612%。与其他地区相比,含量较高。

Abstract:Objective with a determination of the content of β-Sitosterol has been done in wild Pinellia ternate using UV spectra. Methods concentrated sulfuric acid was used as the chromogenic agent,the detection wavelength was 416 nm. The results showed that calibration curve was better linear in the range of 10~50 μg/mL, r=0.998 3. The content of β-Sitosterol in wild Pinellia ternate was 0.161 2%.The content is very rich of β-Sitosterol compared with other areas'.
