黑龙江省莱姆病防制的研究

莱姆病(Lyme disease,LD)是一种由蜱传播的人兽共患病,对人类健康和畜牧业的发展有严重危害,已经被世界卫生组织列为应重点防治研究的传染病。黑龙江省是我国最先发现本病的地区,在本地区进行蜱现场防制试验、动物及圈舍蜱防制试验、蜱驱避试验。结果表明,在蜱密度较高的林区,用0.5%毒死蜱和0.045%高效氯氰菊酯喷洒,可将蜱杀灭,持效在30 d以上;用同样药物对动物及其圈舍喷洒,24h可杀灭所有的蜱;避蚊胺作为林场作业工人和旅行者个人防护用药具有较好效果。

Study on Lyme disease prevention in Heilongjiang Province

Lyme disease(LD) propagated by ticks is an amphixenosis,which brings serious threat to human health and development of animal husbandry.Lyme disease has been regarded as one of the most important prevention and cure infection diseases by World Health Organization.LD was first discovered in Heilongjiang Province in China.Experiments of local prevention from ticks,experiments of prevention animal and shed from tick,and experiments of driving out ticks were taken.Result shows that the ticks can be killed in the way of nebulizing with 0.5% durshan and/or 0.045% high performance Cypermethrin in the forest region,and the effect presents more than 30 days.The same drugs are used to animal and shed,and 24 hours later all ticks can be killed.As a private protection drug diethyltoluamide used by forest farm workers or travelers has good effect.
