地衣芽孢杆菌对肉鸡生产性能和屠宰性能的影响

摘    要:选用300只1日龄麻羽肉鸡,随机分为5组,每组设4个重复,每个重复15只.Ⅰ组为空白对照组,饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别在基础日粮中添加50、100、200 mg.kg-1地衣芽孢杆菌制剂,Ⅴ组为抗生素对照组,在基础日粮中添加30mg.kg-1杆菌肽锌和6 mg.kg-1硫酸抗敌素.结果表明:Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组肉鸡全期的平均体增重均比空白组高,差异显著(P0.05),但与抗生素组相比差异均不显著(P0.05);Ⅱ组肉鸡全期的料肉比比空白组低2.56%,差异不显著(P0.05),比抗生素组低了6.56%,差异不显著(P0.05);Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组肉鸡全期的成活率均高于空白组,略低于抗生素组,但差异均不显著(P0.05);Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组肉鸡的屠宰率无明显差异,以Ⅱ组最高,达94.50%;Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组肉鸡的胸肌率高于空白组和抗生素组,Ⅱ组差异显著(P0.05);Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组肉鸡的腿肌率均高于空白组,且差异显著(P0.05),与抗生素组比较无明显差异.可见,日粮中添加地衣芽孢杆菌对提高肉鸡的生产性能和屠宰性能有一定的促进作用.

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Bacillus licheniformis additive on the growth performance and slaughter performance of the broiler chicken.300 one-day-old broiler chickens were randomly divided into five groups,each group included four repeats(15 broilers per replicates).The control group(group Ⅰ) were fed to the basic diet.The treatment groups(group Ⅱ,Ⅲ, Ⅳ) were fed to the basic diet supplemented with 50,100,200 mg·kg-1 of B.licheniformis.The group Ⅴ was fed to the basic diet supplemented with 30 mg·kg-1 zinc bacitracin and 6 mg·kg-1 colistin sulfate.The results showed that the average body weight,weight gain and day weight gain of the treatment groups(group Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ) were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);it was also higher than the antibiotics group(group Ⅴ)(P>0.05).Feed intake weight gain of the treatment groups was lower than the control group and the antibiotics group(P>0.05).The livability of each group had no significant difference.There was no significant difference between all the groups in dressing percentage,but the group Ⅱ was the best.The breast weights of the treatment groups were significantly higher than the control group and the antibiotics group.The leg weights of the treatment groups were significantly higher than the control group,but no difference from the antibiotics group.The conclusion of this study showed B.licheniformis could improve growth performance and slaughter performance of the broiler.It could replace the antibiotic additive.
