摘    要:为寻找出麻疯树制备生物柴油后废弃饼粕合理利用的有效途径,利用枯草芽孢杆菌作为发酵菌株,以提油后的麻疯树饼粕作为培养基,采用固态发酵方式进行产蛋白酶试验.结果表明:控制培养基相对湿度为150%,37℃下发酵2 d,蛋白酶产量达到3 284 U/g;向培养基中添加15%葡萄糖,则蛋白酶产量达到12 108 U/g,比对照组提高3.6倍;向培养基中添加氮源后,蛋白酶产量反而下降.

Abstract:The test of protease production from de-oiled Jatropha curcas seed cake (JCSC) by Bacillus subtilis in solid-state fermentation was conducted to find the effective ways to rationally utilize de-oiled seed cakes of Jatropha curcas. The results showed that the protease yield was 3 284 U/g when 150% relative humidity of JCSC was fermented by Bacillus subtilis at 37 ℃ for 2 days. The protease yield could be up to 12 108 U/g when 15% glucose was added in JCSC and was 3.6 times higher than CK. The protease yield decreased when nitrogen source was added in JCSC.
