包头市城市生态支持系统研究

城市是一个复合的生态系统 ,它必须凭借一定的生态支持维持基本的结构与功能 ,以寻求进一步的发展。城市生态支持系统能为城市提供资源、能源、空间等最基本的支持 ,并调控城市发展速度、规模与演替方向。本文以包头市为研究对象 ,运用层次分析法从支持水平、协调性、发展能力三个方面构建指标体系 ,建立研究模型 ,对包头市的城市生态支持系统自1 992年— 2 0 0 1年十年以来的发展轨迹进行了全面深入的研究分析与评价 ,在此基础上提出了包头市城市生态支持系统的制约因素 ,并针对城市生态支持系统中存在的主要问题进行了深入的分析 ,据此提出了发展对策。目的在于通过对包头市城市生态支持系统的综合水平的分析与评价 ,正确认识城市发展中存在的问题 ,推动城市生态支持系统的建设 ,为城市实施可持续发展战略提供可操作的思路

Study on the Ecological Support System of Baotou City

The term of "City" is a compound ecological system. For its development ,it must resort to a certain ecological support to keep the fundamental strcture and function. The ecological support system can offer the most fundamental support like resources, energy sources and space, etc, and adjust the speed, scade and direction of the city's development. This paper mainly deals with the significance and necessity of ecological support system of the city it is under the circumstance of the rapid development and expansion of the city. The author combines the static and dynamic methods to study Baotou city on the basis of the understanding of natural environment, social and economic status of this city, appling administrative levels of support level, coordinating quality, the ability of development to construct target system, and sett up research model. Meanwhile, the author thoroughly analyzes and evaluates the development of the ecological support system from 1992 to 2001 in Baotou Then the author points out some restricting elements of the ecological support system in Baotou and analyzes the main problems profoundly. The countermeasures of development are put forward based on the above analysis. The purpose is to know the problem of the city development properly, to promote the construction of the ecological support system of city a.n0d offer some pratical thoughts for the city to carry out the sustainable development strategy .
