唐古特白刺色素抗氧化活性研究

摘    要:[目的]研究白刺色素提取物(BCP)的抗氧化活性。[方法]体外利用二苯代苦味酰肼自由基体系(DPPH)、邻二氮菲(Fenton)体系以及抗氧化能力指数(ORAC)测定评价白刺色素的体外抗氧化活性。体内试验测定白刺色素对小鼠血清及组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。[结果]白刺色素提取物在DPPH和ABTS^+体系中清除率都达到80%以上,同时在ORAC测定中也表现出很强的抗氧化能力。在小鼠体内试验中能够明显提高小鼠血清、脑、肾中的SOD含量,同时显著降低MDA含量。[结论]白刺色素在体内体外都有很强的抗氧化能力,具有很好的开发价值。

Study on the Antioxidative Activity of Pigment from Nitraria tangutorun Bobr.

Abstract:[Objective] The research aimed to elvaulate the antioxidant activity of the pigment of Nitraria tangutorun Bobr.[Method] The antioxidant activities were measured by studying the effects of the reducing ability in DPPH, ABTS·+ and ORAC system.The effects of Lycium ruthenicum Murr on the contents of SOD and MDA in serum and tissue of mice were tested in vivo.[Result] The results showed that the pigment has remarkable antioxidant activity in vivo.It markedly enhanced production of SOD and decreased MDA in serum, brain and kidney of mice.[Conclusion] The pigment of Nitraria tangutorun Bobr has antioxidant activity in vitro and in vivo.These data provided the experimental and theoretical basis for protecting and developing Nitraria tangutorun Bobr.
