摘    要:百合富含多种营养和生物活性成份,具有抗癌,止咳祛痰平喘,镇静催眠,降血糖,以及抗疲劳提高免疫力的功能特性。综述了百合的保健功能及营养成份。

Abstract:Lily contains a plenty of nutrition and organisms actived ingredients,and has a lot of function specific feature: resisting cancer,relieving a cough and removing phlegmand antiasthmaing,calming and hypnotizing,dropping blood sugar,fighting fatigue and raising immunity.The article summarizes the food therapy for health and nutritive ingredients of Lily.
