摘    要:试验以夏播大豆和绿豆为材料,研究了伏旱条件下喷施三唑酮对植株开花期叶片水分状况的影响:初步结果表明,三唑酮具有改善叶片水分状况,增加细胞膜稳定性,降低伏旱对夏播大豆和绿豆花期危害的作用。

Abstract:In this paper, the effect of the applied triadimefon under summer drought condition on the water status of soybean and gram plants during the blossom was studied.The preliminary result shows that when the drought occurs, the applied 300 ppm triadimefon on the leafurface can reduce the relative penetration of the leaf plasmalemma, decrease the rate of the losing water of the leaf in vitro and increase the relative amount of the containing water and the resistance to the drought of the plants effectively. These physiological effects on the soybean are much more significant than that on the gram.
