铁皮石斛不同阶段多糖和甘露糖含量研究

摘    要:以软脚红杆铁皮石斛为实验材料,参考《中国药典》(I部)标准,对其原球茎、丛生芽、瓶苗茎、炼苗茎和鲜条进行多糖和甘露糖含量的检测。结果表明:(1)软脚红杆铁皮石斛不同阶段多糖和甘露糖含量都达到了中国药典的标准。(2)软脚红杆铁皮石斛植株在不同生长阶段,多糖和甘露糖含量差异较小。(3)人工组培的石斛不同阶段中,都含有丰富的多糖和甘露糖,具有较高的营养价值;原球茎与鲜条的多糖和甘露糖含量差异虽然不大,但与鲜条相比,具有生长时间短、简单易得等优势。(4)在当今野生铁皮石斛紧缺的情况下,通过组培方式获得的铁皮石斛原球茎和丛生芽,可以弥补野生铁皮石斛资源不足的问题。

Study on the Polysaccharide and Mannose Content of Dendrobium officinale at Different Stages

Abstract:With soft feet red bar Dendrobium officinale as experiment material,referring to the Chinese phar-macopoeia I standard,we test the contents of polysaccharide and mannose of the soft feet red bar Dendrobi-um officinale protocorm,multiple shoot clumps,Container seedlings stem,refined seedling stem and article fresh. The results show that:(1)polysaccharide and mannose content of soft foot red bar Dendrobium offici-nale at different stages all reach the standard of Chinese pharmacopoeia.(2)difference among soft foot red bar Dendrobium officinale plant polysaccharide and mannose content in the different stages of growth is small.(3)Dendrobium officinale from tissue culture at different stages all contain abundant polysaccharide and mannose with high nutritional value. Especially,the difference between the content of polysaccharide and mannose in Dendrobium officinale protocorm and fresh is not big. But compared with fresh article,it has the advantages of simple and easy with a short growth time.(4)In today's situation of shortage of wild Dendrobium officinale,protocorm and multiple shoot clumps of Dendrobium officinale from tissue culture can make up for the deficiency of wild Dendrobium officinale resources.
