人参细菌性软腐病组织解剖研究

用人参软腐细菌「胡萝卜欧文氏菌胡萝卜软腐变种（Ｅｒｗｉｎｉａ ｃａｒｏｔｏｖｏｒａ ｐｖ。ｃａｒｏｔｏｖｏｒａ Ｄｙｅ）」接种参根后在２４－２５℃下培养２－１４ｈ，电镜扫描结果表明，接种参根２ｈ，病原细菌在参根表皮细胞定位，随着接种时间的延长，病原细菌向参根组织内部扩展并繁殖，接种６ｄ后可在参根各部位的组织中观察到大量的细菌。

Search on the inoculation 2 to 144 hotirs by Erwinia carotovora pv carotovora Dye and observa-tion of the infected ginseng tissues by scanning electron microscope, the results indicated that the pathogenicbacteria orientated on the epidermis cells after two hours of inoculation when the inoculation time lasted, thepathogens increased and developed to ginseng internal tissues. Most bacterias could be observed in every partsof ginseng after 6 days.
