摘    要:本从砼构件预应力钢材的孔道留设,张拉锚固及无粘结预应力砼新技术进行了论述,孔道留设由过去比较落后的管道抽芯法,预埋铁皮管法发展为预埋半刚性的波纹管管道法,预应力钢材张拉锚固由过去工艺复杂,效率低的顶锚锚固发展的工艺简单,锚固效率系数高的松张自锚体系,无粘结预应力砼近来在桥梁工程中的大量应用,使后张法预应力工艺坦 步发展,获得更好的经济效益及社会效益。

Abstract:In recent years the post-tensioned prestressing technology is widely developed. This paper presents presetting ducts and anchorage for prestressed steel bars in concrete components and unbound prestressed reinforcement concrete. The presetting semi-rigid waveduct is applied, which is different from presetting iron sheet duct and drawn-steel bar method in the past. The complicated anchorage device in the past is replaced by simple and efficient anchorage system. Recently unbound prestressed reinforcement concrete is widely used in the bridge engineering, bringing about a great advance in post-tensioning prcstressed technology. The development of the technology make construction convenient, and obtains a great social and economic beneficial result.
