磁化水滴灌对枣树光合作用与蒸腾作用的影响

摘    要:[目的]阐明磁化水滴灌对枣树光合作用与蒸腾作用的异同.[方法]采用Li-6400光合作用测定仪,以普通水滴灌为对照,研究磁化水滴灌对枣树光合作用与蒸腾作用的影响.[结果]相同之处是蒸腾速率(Tr)和气孔导度(Cond)为影响两处理枣树光合速率(Pn)的内部因子,两者Pn日变化都为双峰曲线,Tr为单峰曲线;不同之处是内外因子对Pn、Tr直接作用不同.[结论]磁化Pn的主要影响叶室相对湿度(RH_S),对照叶温下蒸汽压亏缺(VpdL)、大气相对湿度(RH_R)、RH_S,磁化Tr主要依赖于外部因子大气温度(Tair)、叶片温度(Tleaf)、RH_R、RH_S、VpdL,对照的外部影响因子为Tair、RH_R、RH_S.

Abstract:【Objective】The present experiment was designed to illustrate the similarities and differences of two processes photosynthesis and transpiration by taking the ordinary water irrigation as the control.【Method】 This experiment has studied the influence of magnetization water irrigation on jujube tree's photosynthesis and transpiration by the Li-6400 photosynthesis cryoscope.【Result】The result indicated that the similarity is that the transpiration rate(Tr) and blowhole conductor(Cond) are the internal factor affecting two processing jujube tree's photosynthesis speed(Pn),their Pn diurnal variation are bimodal curve,Tr are the unimodal curve;their difference lies in that the direct impact of internal and external factors on Pn and Tr are different.【Conclusion】Magnetization Pn major inflnencing leaf room relative humidity(RH-S),steam pressure shortage under CK leaf temperature(VpdL),the atmospheric relative humidity(RH-R),RH-S,magnetization Tr mainly relies on the external factor atmospheric temperature(Tair),the blade temperature(Tleaf),RH-R,RH-S,VpdL,the CK external influencing factor is Tair,RH-R,RH-S.
