摘    要:为解决好学术“断层”和顺利实现教师队伍的“新老交替”问题,从1993年开始,对经严格遴选出的110名中青年教师,采用严格要求、严格管理和导师负责制等方法,以及在教学、科研实践第一线培养,在生活、学习和工作等方面为之创造较好条件等措施,初步建立了一支年轻化(平均年龄33岁)学历高(博、硕士占38%)、职称高、教学科研成果突出的中青年骨干教师队伍,其中有2人晋升为教授,59人晋升为副教授,1人荣获全国教育系统劳动模范,3人荣获国务院特殊津贴,2人评为甘肃省优秀教师,1人评为甘肃省十大杰出青年,26人走上系处级领导岗位,44人担任了教研室主任,对提高学校教学、科研、管理及学术水平,稳定和建设教师队伍,起到了积极的推动作用。

Abstract:One hundred and ten young-middle-aged teachers have been strictly chosen from 1993 and qualified through many aspects such as important essentials ,proper management and superision,by training their abilities of teaching and researching,by improving their living,studying and working conditions to solve the problem of “scholastic gap”and make the old-to-new transition smoothly.A group of excellent young teachers with the average age of 33 years has been fomed in the university,of them,Ph.D and Msc holders are 38%of the total,most of them have succeeded outstanding achievements in teaching and researching,two of them have been promoted as professors 59, of them as associate professors, 1 was honored as the labor model of the national education departments,3 was awarded as the recipients of the special allowance of the state council,2 were appraised as the topnotch teachers of Gansu province, 1was appraised as one of outsanding youths”of Gansu province,26 were leaders of the departments,44 as the directors of the teaching and researching sections.These young-middle-aged teachers have play an active role in the improvement of the teaching,researching,management and academic levels,stabilization and building up of teacher term of the university.
