| 摘 要： | 调查结果显示 :大学生总体参与体育意识比较强 ,参加体育锻炼时间平均达到 1h的占总人数的 5 4 5 9%,有43 5 2 %的学生选择自己感兴趣的体育活动 ;但男女生之间相比存在着明显的性别差异 ,男生体育意识和行为明显高于女生 (P <0 0 1或P <0 0 5 )。

| Abstract: | The result of investigation shows that college students' sports participating awareness is relatively high.Those participating in physical training for average an hour account for 54.59%. 43.52% choose sports activities that interest them,but there is sex difference between boy students and girl ones.The sports awareness and behaviour of boy students is higher than that of girl students.(P<0 01 or P<0 05) |
