中药与寡糖配伍对肉鸡生产性能的影响

研究了中草药女贞子、五味子以及女贞子、五味子与葡萄糖甘露寡糖(MOS)配伍对肉鸡生产性能及免疫功能的影响.选择1日龄的艾维茵内鸡公雏180只,用单因素的试验设计随机分为6组,空白组饲喂基础饲粮,抗生素组在基础饲粮中添加5 mg/kg黄霉素,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加1%女贞子、1%五味子、1%女贞子+0.5%MOS和1%五味子+0.5%MOS.结果表明,五味子+MOS在肉鸡生长中、后期能显著提高肉鸡的体增重,说明中草药取代抗生素作为饲料添加剂是完全可行的.

Effects of Combination of Chinese Traditional Medicine and MOS on Growth Performance of Broilers

Effects of combination of Chinese traditional medicines of Ligustrum lucidum(LL) and Schisandra chinensis(SC) singly,and both two medicines with Mannaoligosaccharides(MOS) on growth performance and immunization function of broilers were studied.180 1-day-old Avian broilers were randomly assigned to six groups by single factor test design.The blank group was provided with basal diet,the antibiotic group was provided with basal diet with addition of 5 mg/kg flavomycin.Other trial groups were provided with basal diet plus 1% LL,1% SC,1% LL MOS,1% SC MOS.Results showed that SC MOS could significantly increased body weight gain of broilers in middle and later period,indicating that Chinese herb was fully feasible to be the feed additive in replace of antibiotic.
