| 摘 要： | 重点扶持民族地区脱贫和发展,对缩小民族地区的差距具有重大的意义。同时为了在村域扶贫建设中能够更好的吸取历史的经验教训,就需要对民族地区扶贫建设的效果进行客观、全面的评价。文章对我国民族地区农村扶贫开发实践与扶贫理论研究进行了总结,并对国内外扶贫效果评价的相关研究作了深入评析。
