文冠果扦插技术研究

为解决文冠果硬枝扦插过程中的关键性技术问题,使用4种生根粉、3种不同浓度、3种不同处理时间对文冠果插穗进行了生根处理试验,结果表明:不同种类的生根粉对插穗生根率的影响达到了极显著水平,2号和4号生根粉处理的插穗生根率最高,其平均值分别为:73.7%和68.7%。生根粉不同浓度对插穗生根率的影响达到了极显著水平,125mg·L-1、250mg·L-1浓度处理的效果最好,生根率达到90%和82%。4号生根粉不同浓度、不同处理时间对文冠果插穗生根率的影响达到了显著水平,125mg·L-1和250mg·L-1浓度处理效果最好,插穗生根率的平均值达到61.67%和53.33%;6h处理时间对插穗生根效果最好,达到68.67%。4号生根粉,采用125mg·L-1浓度,处理6h对文冠果硬枝扦插的效果最好。

Graft Technology of Xanthoceras sorbifolia

Rooting experiments of cuttings of Xanthoceras sorbifolia were conducted by using four kinds of rooting powder,three kinds of different concentrations and three different time.Result shows that the effect of different kinds of rooting powder on rooting rate of cuttings reach a significant level.The rooting rate of cuttings treated with the No.2 rooting powder and No.4 rooting powder has the highest rate,their average value is 73.7% and 68.7%respectively;the effect of the rooting powder within different concentrations reach significant level.the concentration of 125 mg L -1 and 250 mg L-1 rooting powder is the optimal,the rooting rate being 90% and 82%.The effects of No.4 rooting powder with different concentrations & treating time on rooting rate of Xanthoceras sorbifolia reach a significant level;the optimal treatment is the concentrations of 125 mg L -1 and 250 mg L -1 ;their average value is respectively 61.67% and 53.33%.The treatment of 6 hours is optimal to rooting cuttings,being 68.67%.125 mg L -1 No.4 rooting powder treated for 6 hours has the optimal effect to the rooting cuttings of Xanthoceras sorbifo-lia .
