中国外语类人才培养与就业的特点和展望

中国外语类人才培养随着国家经济政治的进步而不断得到发展，经历了从单一到综合、从狭隘到全面的培养模式转变；而外语类人才就业也走过了最初的高峰值而开始逐渐回落，普遍供大于求的情况使得外语类人才的就业也出现了复杂的局面。本文结合这两点，对外语类人才的培养与就业提出了展望，即为了培养更适合国家和社会需求的外语人才，国家在增设外语类院校和专业时要慎重，同时各高校要转变思想，着眼市场，把培养人才与就业联系起来，使培养出来的人才真正能为社会服务。

Prospects over the cultivation and employment of Chinese foreign language majors

With the development of China's economy and politics,cultivation of foreign language ma- jors has witnessed an equal development in the cultivation mode,from a singular one to a complicated one,from being narrow to being comprehensive.Employment of foreign majors has descended from summit to normal,and bigger supply than demand in market makes employment harder.This paper binds the two points and at the same time and ofters some prospects.That is,in order to cultivate use- ful foreign language majors,a nation should be cautious and a university should change philosophy,fo- cusing on market and integrate cultivation with employment.Only in this way can the cultivated ma- jors become useful talents for the whole society.
