| 摘 要： | 阐述了中国涉农反倾销第一案———马铃薯淀粉案发生的背景,并对该案案情进行了回顾和简要评析。通过马铃薯淀粉反倾销案,可以对中国进口农产品反倾销得出许多有益的启示。
