果实套袋对黄冠梨花斑病的发生及果皮钙形态变化的影响

 为进一步阐明套袋黄冠梨果面“花斑病”发生与钙营养变化的关系，在调查不同套袋处理果实“花斑病”发生率动态变化的基础上，采用逐级提取不同溶性钙的方法，对黄冠梨果实发育过程中果皮中各形态钙含量及其变化进行了分析。结果表明：套3层袋果实 “花斑病”的发病率为22.5%，而对照果实的发生率仅为1.5%；在花后70 d内，即果实快速膨大前，各处理果皮中总钙含量及不同形态钙含量无显著差异；进入膨大期后，套3层袋处理果皮中总钙含量、水溶性钙、NaCl溶性钙和醋酸溶性钙含量低于不套袋处理，而盐酸溶性钙含量高于其他处理；在果实发育后期，不套袋处理果皮中以水溶性钙为主，在成熟果实中占总钙量的45.6%，3层袋处理则以盐酸溶性钙的比例最大，为47.7%。多元线性逐步回归和通径分析发现，水溶性钙、NaCl溶性钙、醋酸溶性钙与“花斑病”的发生呈显著负相关，其中以NaCl溶性钙负效应最大，HCl溶性钙呈显著的正相关，而总钙与“花斑病”发生无显著关系。

Effects of Bagging on Browning Spot Incidence and Content of Different Forms of Calcium in 'Huangguan' Pear Fruits
