‘宫川’温州蜜柑大棚延迟采收果实品质及抗氧化能力的变化

摘    要: 以大棚栽培的早熟温州蜜柑‘宫川’为试材,研究了果实发育及延迟采收过程中果实品质与抗氧化能力的变化。结果表明,延迟采收期间果皮、囊瓣皮部分占全果的比例维持一个较低水平,而汁囊所占比例相对较高。延迟采收提高了果实蔗糖、总糖、可溶性固形物、总类胡萝卜素和总黄酮的含量,并提高了果实的抗氧化能力,而可滴定酸含量则下降。但过迟采收,果皮、囊瓣皮占果实的比例上升,果皮增厚,相应地汁囊占果实的比例下降,果实的葡萄糖、果糖含量急剧下降,类胡萝卜素、总黄酮含量和抗氧化能力也略有下降。以上结果表明,延迟采收是提高果实品质的有效措施,但延迟采收期不宜迟于1月中旬,过迟则品质下降。
