摘    要: 采用五元二次正交旋转组合设计,通过番茄盆栽试验,研究灌水量和氮、磷、钾肥及有机肥用量对番茄红素含量的影响。通过回归分析,建立了番茄红素含量与水肥因子间的数学模型,并对各单一因素及两两因素的耦合效应进行了分析。结果表明,在试验条件下,当其他因子为中间水平时,番茄中番茄红素含量随灌水量、施磷量以及有机肥用量呈开口向下的抛物线型变化,随氮、钾肥用量呈开口向上的抛物线型变化;交互效应表现为,磷与钾、磷与有机肥以及钾与有机肥用量间存在极显著的交互作用,氮与钾、氮与有机肥用量间存在显著的交互效应,水分与其他因素间的交互效应不显著。表明灌水量、磷和有机肥用量过高不利于番茄红素的累积,合理增施氮肥和钾肥可有效提高番茄红素含量。

Abstract:Using a pot experiment and quadratic orthogonal regressive rotation design with five factors,the effects of irrigation amount and fertilizer rates of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium and manure on lycopene content in tomato were investigated.
