甘蔗优良种质资源抗花叶病评价

摘    要: 用筛选出的强致病性花叶病病毒分离物(SrMV HH1)对国家甘蔗种质资源圃保存的14份甘蔗属资源材料及11份杂交后代材料,采用甘蔗生长期切茎接种法进行抗花叶病鉴定与评价。结果表明,1级免疫材料13份(52.0%),3级中抗材料3份(12.0%),4级感病材料6份(24.0%),5级高感材料3份(12.0%)。

Abstract:The resistance of 25 sugarcane gemplasm resources which were chosen from the collections of NNSGR (National Nursery of Sugarcane Germplasm Resources, Kaiyuan, China) to SrMV HH1 was evaluated by spraying stem cutting inoculation during growth period. The result showed that of the 25 samples, 13 were immunity (52.0%), 3 were moderately resistant (12.0%), 6 displayed susceptibility (24.0%) and 3 displayed high susceptibility (12.0%).
