摘    要:通过田间小区试验,研究了在灌溉条件下不同有机肥水平对冬小麦新品种济旱197开花后营养体内同化物积累,运转和产量的影响。结果表明,开花后同一天,冬小麦同化物和积累量随有机肥水平提高而增加,增施有机肥有利于穗部营养体和1节间同化物向籽粒输出,籽粒的灌浆速率增大,千粒重增加,从而使产量提高;在本试验条件下,30m^3/hm^2的有机肥处理营养器官中同化物向籽粒的输出量最大。试验结果至冬小麦生产实践中确定合理的有机肥使用量有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:A plot trial was carried out in 1997~1998 in Jinan, Shandong province. The effects of manure on accumulation and transfer of assimilate after anthesis and yield was studied. The results showed that wheat assimilate accumulation increased along with amount of applied manure. The manure was beneficial to assimilate transfer from the vegetative parts of ear and the first internode below ear to seeds and as a result the yield increased. As for assimilate transfer from vegetable organs to grain the treatment of 30 m 3/hm 2, the manure was the best one in this trial. This result had an important reference value for determining reasonable manure amount in winter wheat production under irrigation conditions.
