消毒剂和复合肥对连作设施番茄生长特性的影响

摘    要:为了探索减弱或消除设施蔬菜连作障碍有效方法及影响机理, 为实际生产提供理论指导和技术支持, 利用二因素随机区组排列设计, 研究了消毒剂和复合肥对连作设施番茄光合生理特性的影响。结果表明: 施用消毒剂和复合肥均可以提高连作设施番茄植株光合速率、叶绿素含量、增强根系活力, 降低植株叶片水分饱和亏; 两者配合施用表现出良好的加合效应。本试验条件下, 施用消毒剂和复合肥的最佳用量范围是300 ~450kg·hm-2。由于土壤中施入消毒剂和复合肥后, 改善了植株生长的土壤环境, 抑制了番茄连作产生的不良反应, 从而促进了其生长发育。因此, 在连作设施番茄栽培管理中, 一定要合理配合施用消毒剂和复合肥。

Abstract:The influence of the disinfectant and compound fertilizer on the physiological traits of photosynthesis of continuous cropping facilities tomatoes was studied. The result showed that both of the disinfectant and compound fertilizer improved the velocity of photosynthesis and the chlorophyll content, strengthened the activity of root system and reduced the leaves' water saturation of these tomatoes in a certain scope of amount required. The combined use of them showed conspicuous addition effect and a better effect than the respective use of either of them. Under the conditions, the optimum amount scope of them was from 300~450 kg/hm~(-2). Using disinfectant and compound fertilizer improved the soil environment, thereby promoted the growth and development of continuous cropping facilities tomatoes. Therefore, during the cultivation and management of that,the disinfectant combined with the compound fertilizer reasonably could be recommended.
