基于理论基础视角的森林认证运行机理分析

文中基于管理学、经济学、社会学和企业社会责任视角对森林认证运行理论基础进行分析，指出全球化的林业产业供应链是森林认证产生的前提，供应链的可持续性是森林认证产生的内在要求，供应链的干预为森林认证的发展提供了可行性，消费者选择理论是森林认证运行背后的经济思考，制度信任是森林认证制度平稳运行的保证；总结归纳4个理论基础的关系，指出供应链理论是森林认证运行理论基础的核心；分析了森林认证的运行机理，指出森林认证是运用消费者选择、信任和企业社会责任等理论不断改进林业产业供应链的过程。

Analysis of Forest Certification Operation Mechanism Based on Theoretical Foundations

The paper analyzed the theoretical foundations of forest certification operation from the perspectives of management science, economics, sociology, and corporate social responsibility. It was pointed out that global supply chain is the prerequisite for the emerging of forest certification, sustainability of supply chain is the inherent requirements of forest certification, the intervention of supply chain guarantees the feasibility of the development of forest certification, consumer choice theory is the economic thinking behind forest certification operation, and institution credit ensures the smooth operation of forest certification system. The relationships among the four theoretical foundations were concluded, and it was identified that supply chain management is the core of theoretic foundation of forest certification. The operation mechanism was analyzed for forest certification, and it was pointed out that forest certification uses consumer choice, credit and corporate social responsibility to improve forest product supply chain process continuously.
