摘 要: | 以FRW为阻燃剂,研制FRW阻燃中密度纤维板(MDFR).通过FRW阻燃中密度纤维板与素板各项性能的比较,分析FRW阻燃剂对中密度纤维板性能的影响.结果表明:施加FRW阻燃剂,使中密度纤维板的物理力学性能有所降低,而阻燃性却明显提高.通过对制板工艺条件的适当调整,可使FRW阻燃中密度纤维板(MDF)的物理力学性能达到国家一级品标准,阻燃性能达到JISD1322-77难燃一级标准.

Abstract: | The FRW fire retardant treated medium density fiberboard (MDF) was researched with FRW fire retardantThe effect on theproperties of MDF by the FRW fire retardant were analysed between the FRW fire retardant medium density fiberboard (MDF) and the untreated MDFThe results showed that the physical and mechanical properties of FRW {fire retardant} MDF were debased,but the fire retarding properties of the FRW fire retardant MDF were improved obviouslyThrough the adjustment of the pressing variables of MDF,the physical and mechanical properties of FRW fire retardant MDF,could reach the first class of GB,and its fire retarding property was also up to the first class of JISD 1322 77 |
