摘    要:通过对油分含量轮回选择不同周期的利得黄马牙(Reid Yellow Dent)玉米品种和亚里山索(Alexho)玉米综合种的含油量、蛋白质含量和赖氨酸含量等各种成分的分析,发现运用核磁共振仪(NMR)对玉米子粒含油量一个指标的选择,不仅能够有效地提高玉米油分含量,而且也使子粒的蛋白质含量和赖氮酸含量得到明显提高,但对蛋白质品质没有重大影响。在两个群体中,油分含量与蛋白质含量以及赖氨酸含量都存在着完全一致的显著正相关,说明高油玉米育种有可能全面提高玉米的营养品质和经济价值。
